Got a damaged or defective product? No worries at all. We always aim to send you top-quality items, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. Simply log a claim through our support portal – we’ll walk you through the return process and get a replacement out to you, free of charge.
Sunglasses
Yes, all our sunglasses feature 100% UV400 protection to block harmful UVA and UVB rays.
Our frames are crafted from premium acetate and lightweight plastic to ensure comfortable yet secure fit.
Currently, prescription lenses are not provided, but submitting a ticket allows us to assess the issue and potentially create a custom solution
there is a magnetic charging cable provided, for the different models, charging on the sunglasses is either on the bottom or inside near the lenses. Attach magnetically and plug in to charge until the red led turns blue.
Care & maintenance
Use a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner. Avoid paper towels or clothing that can scratch lenses.
Always store in the protective case provided. Keep away from extreme heat and direct sunlight.
